The consortium is composed of nine institutions of business environment experienced in providing services for entrepreneurs within current Enterprise Europe Network, previous European networks and other international projects, embedded in the regional innovation systems and operating on the innovation field for years, with large experience in cooperation with regional and national business service providers. The consortium covers four regions situated in the southern and eastern part of Poland: Małopolskie, Śląskie, Świętokrzyskie and Podkarpackie. Target group of the project are regional SMEs and other local stakeholders: clusters, cluster organizations, public and private providers of support services to SMEs, business organisations, education institutions etc. The project supports beneficiaries in overcoming real and defined barriers in its activity development, including export and innovation activity.
