The project integrates 200 miles of pipelines and a processing plant with 300 MMcf/d capacity and 40,000 BPD NGL extraction, aiming to address stranded gas bottlenecks and generate $150-200 million in annual EBITDA by 2027. The expansion is supported by a 2025 capital plan of $4.0-4.5 billion, maintaining a 3.5x debt-to-EBITDA leverage, and aligns with Texas' energy transition and growing demand from data centers. |
