Our project aims at increasing cooperation between European entrepreneurs, through the exchange of experiences,stimulating the cooperation and networking among the European business community. This will be implemented by enabling new entrepreneurs to spend periods of 1 to 6 months in enterprises run by experienced entrepreneurs in other participant countries. Each partner will ensure the management, business counselling and financial support to mobility for new entrepreneurs in small and medium-sized enterprises in order to facilitate their successful start-up and developing their business ideas. In addition, the project aims at developing new entrepreneurs by providing mentoring and support by senior entrepreneurs in order to start and develop a new business. Moreover, it aims at fostering innovation to already running businesses bringing fresh ideas from young entrepreneurs. This relationship will stimulate innovation and synergy through sharing knowhow, ideas, domestic market knowledge, foreign culture, workplace procedures, and may eventually lead to new business partnerships and growth of the companies.Our specific objectives are to reach at least 224 successful exchanges including both new and host entrepreneurs and to enroll at least 415 entrepreneurs in the online programme database.These objectives will be carried out by a consortium of eight partners (5 with experience in the EYE programme) from seven participating countries with strong and consolidated experience in business support and a wide network of direct contacts with their regional entrepreneurs.The project intends tomanage efficiently and effectively the EYE Programme, through a strong and structured relation among the Consortium Partners, with a clear division of responsibilities and duties.Finally, the relationship with the entrepreneurs will not be limited to the mere management of the exchanges but will also provide strategic advice and mentoring to support the growth of the entrepreneurs.
