The project was to comprise 8 turbines of 3 MW, producing 83 GWh annually. Eolos Wind Energy Generation was a subsidiary of Turkish Guris Construction. Commissioning was expected for late-2011. Equipment was to be supplied by Alstom under a contract announced in September 2010. Alstom was also to provide operation and maintenance services during the first 5 years of the project. The project was reported as commissioned in May 2012. No details on financing were avialable. Total cost were estimated at US$1.3 million/MW, or US$31.2 million.
