NSS Ireland as a project has succinct objectives that are representative of the specific objectives of the call, mainly implementation and promotion of platform, registration and engagement of users, and contribution of content and animation of the platform. Many adult learning professionals want to upskill and re-skill to participate in contemporary and changing times. To address this, NSS Ireland will host events with some of Ireland’s top trainers and facilitators to give adult learning professionals tools needed to truly upskill in specific areas including but not limited to digital tools, digital transition, and teaching online. In addition, we will supply comprehensive information on the best courses and trainings from national and international stakeholders so that our members are immersed in opportunity. At the end of each year e.g., 2022, 2023, 2024 we hope to have clear indicators of the level of upskilling and re-skilling via before and after user study’s where all attendees feel that their level of skill increased through EPALE Ireland intervention. NSS Ireland plan to pay specific attention to whom we collaborate with and bring in to achieve this, we will have clear expectations when subcontracting trainers and facilitators to provide solutions that are practical, impactful, and achievable. n addition to the above, to address the needs of our members and community-base, EPALE Ireland also aims to address the issue of low user engagement through specific means -The giveaways are a chance to activate the community in Ireland and even across Europe and seeing the insightful comments on the platform creates a community-feel environment that should be cultivated further.
