With this workplan we, NSS_NL, want to contribute to the EC-objective to make EPALE the online home of a transnational community of adult learning professionals in Europe. As the NSS_NL we aim to encourage and support as many people from the Dutch adult learning community as possible to register and engage actively. We will deliver high quality and up to date content to the platform and will support Dutch (potential) EPALE users wanting to share content on the platform. To achieve this we will support the CSS of EPALE to support them to achieve their objectives on behalf of the European Commission. With our tailored work packages, EPALE’s priorities were constantly taken into consideration, as well as our national priorities. Our national priorities are numeracy, personalised education, skills-based thinking and life long learning, which we have set in consultation with our ministry of Education (who is our NCAL as well). We will promote the platform, make efforts to recruit and engage new users. For this reason we will cooperate with a network of Dutch EPALE ambassadors and we will organize a national survey to make sure that we take the needs of our users in account. To make the adult learning community in the Netherlands stronger we will liaise regularly with the NA and the NCAL, and organize joint events with stakeholders, as well as broaden our reach to relevant domains, in particular the social domain, lifelong learning field and VET. In doing so, we will have special attention for the promotion of the Partner Search Tool, the Erasmus+ space, the discussions, collaborative spaces etc. As a result of our actions we expect to contribute to the overall EU-targets in terms of regular visitors and browsers, registered and engaged users, and the amount of content provided by the users themselves.
