Description	The project involves the construction of the 594 KM Equatorial 4 transmission line, located in the states of Bahia and Minas Gerais in Brazil. The project consists of 257 KM 500 kV Igaporã III - Janaúba 3 C1 Transmission Line, 337 KM 500 kV Janaúba 3 - Presidente Juscelino C1 Transmission Line and 500 kV Janaúba 3 (new 500 kV yard - parte 1) substation. The sponsor is Equatorial Energia and the SPV is Equatorial Transmissora 4 SPE SA. Equatorial Energia holds the concession under BOT model for a period of 30 years. The total project cost amounts to BRL 1,023.16 million or $ 265.62 million. Debt package of BRL 822.56 million or $ 213.54 million has been provided by BNDES, the Brazilian Development Bank.
