Equus Gas Project

Equus Energy has completed pre-front end engineering design (Pre-FEED) for the Equus gas project, confirming its technical feasibility and commercial robustness. The project aims to commercialise a resource of 1.7 trillion cubic feet of gas and 38 million barrels of condensate by utilizing existing spare capacity at Woodside's Pluto LNG facility or Santos' Varanus Island plant, avoiding new greenfield infrastructure costs. It is designed for a 15-year life with a production capacity of approximately 350 million standard cubic feet per day, producing around two million tonnes of LNG per annum and 12,000 barrels of condensate per day at start-up.
