Euroguidance BEfr will adopt measures to link European, regional and community policies with the needs of its public in the field of lifelong guidance. The Center will raise guidance and mobility professionals awareness to the issue related to skills development. Its role as facilitator will be strengthened for access to quality information on lifelong guidance and training systems and on the visibility of mobility tools, particularly those linked to Europass. Guidance actors are diverse. Faced with this diversity, the Center will facilitate access to information both on guidance, training and mobility systems and on their links with the Belgian and European system. The policies developed by the European Union in order to put in place a framework of quality skills and qualifications will also be highlighted during the next 3 years. The center will continue to develop its information materials to promote the European dimension in lifelong guidance. The centre's actions will be disseminated to both professionals and general public. The center will take advantage of its physical location in the Cité des Métiers of Brussels and the presence of numerous partners, to strengthen its field of action in terms of exchange and dissemination of information on the European dimension in lifelong guidance with Brussels and Walloon guidance professionals. The Center will participate in the animation of the “mobility” theme of the Cité des Métiers. The animation of this theme will allow to promote the European dimension in lifelong guidance through the mobility of citizens. The Center will organize information sessions on international mobility and highlight initiatives in this area. Euroguidance BEfr will also meet the public on the field by participating to several events. The strategic position of the EG center at the Cité des métiers will make it possible to mobilize the partners to achieve these goals and contribute to the skills development of the guidance counselors.
