EPALE Germany is part of a European network of 38 National Support Services who all aim to support the professional adult learning community in Europe. The aim is to build a lively community of practitioners and offer them opportunities for networking, exchange and professional development through mutual learning. To further support growth, our activities focus on the provision of high quality content and activities which are targeted at specific groups within the adult learning community. The most potential for growth lies within the groups of learning professionals and organisations that are providing learning opportunities, specifically also Erasmus+ projects. Overall, our aim is to recruit 1000 new user per year, and to maintain a high share of regularly returning visitors. Additionally, to make EPALE a lively community, we will focus on activating the users to participate in the platform. EPALE Germany will support the general implementation of EPALE (WP1) through the required activities. Our Communication and engagement strategy focuses on raising awaresness about EPALE within the selected target groups and activating them to engage fully with the community. This will happen through a variety of activites, which are carefully chosen and follow an integrated strategy. High quality content is at the heart of the EPALE Germany strategy. We will work in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders, users and service providers to develop a high quality offer that reflects the needs and the current situation of the relevant target groups. We are working towards a clear set of KPI, which are regularly checked and if necessary adjustments to our strategy will be made. This is in line with our DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certification that underpins all processes and activities in our daily work.
