Erin Community Centre Rehabilitation and Renovation

in progress

The project will rehabilitate and renovate the Erin Community Centre in Erin, Ontario. The work will involve the installation of a fixed emergency generator, health and safety upgrades (rehabilitation of electrical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, roof structure replacement, new alarm system), and accessibility improvements (elevator, washroom, and signage enhancements, creation of a front desk area). The project will improve the quality and accessibility of the community centre to better serve local needs, and allow the facility to act as warming or cooling location during extreme weather or emergency management periods.
