Estabilish an EaSI National Contact Point in Budapest

EMET (HUMAN CAPACITIES GRANT MANAGEMENT OFFICE), which is a public body established by the Ministry of Human Resources (EMMI), aims to raise the profile of EaSI resources among Hungarian applicants, thereby promoting the development of the employment and social sectors concerned, with the joint support of EMMI and the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM). The implementation of the project will contribute to the strengthening of international cooperation and the establishment of new relations within the sector and between related sectors. The website and information point (helpdesk) to be set up by EMET will provide information on EaSI's opportunities, application requirements, on the projects and their results in Hungary. It will help to share and disseminate results and support the (potential) beneficiaries, the public, the stakeholders and, optionally, other NCPs in their tasks. The aim of EMET, as an NCP is to provide effective assistance to domestic organizations in accessing EaSI program resources in the field of social innovation initiatives. Another goal is to serve as an information base for social innovation initiatives, which is suitable for building relationships both domestically and internationally, promoting networking, and establishing collaborations between different disciplines. During the effective achievement of goals, EMET will also developing its own capacities through networking and job shadowing. The implementation of the project enables the involvement of new areas in the development of the social and employment sphere, directly facilitates the increase of the number of applicants in Hungary, as well as the development of more successful applications.
