Description | A group of experienced investors and professionals in the cocoa industry, Nexsus Management LLC and the Noha Nyamedjo Group (the “Sponsors”), are seeking for debt financing from a financial institution (the “Debtor”) to provide the necessary capital to construct and operate a cocoa bean processing plant in Douala, Cameroon. The Project will have the capacity to process 32,000 MT of raw cocoa beans and is expected to produce ~25,000 MT of liquor per year, that can be further on treated to obtain ~13,000 MT of cake and ~12,000 MT of butter. Total investment for the execution of the Project is expected to be ~45.5 EUR MM, including capital expenditures and the necessary working capital requirements. |
