Description | Boaze Food Complex was established in 2010 by an Ethiopian investor for the production of Long and Short Cut pasta in Burayeu City. The local investor wants to diversify its product portfolio by planning to set up a project on biscuit production. The new plant to be established will be in the existing wheat flour factory premises. The total investment cost of the new project including working capital is estimated to be around 10 million USD, which will create employment for 280 people. The local investor is proposes to on- board a foreign investor who is interested to invest in the project with a minority equity stake arrangement |
