Project objective: The aim is to establish a hub for circular economy, circular innovation and economic sustainability in the Lake Constance region. The focus is on the creation of regional added value for companies, especially in the two core industries: textile industry and agriculture & food industry. In addition, strategies, recommendations and action plans will be developed to serve other industries with impetus and to transform the region into a sustainable circular economy in the long term. Description: The Circular Lab aims to become a central hub for sustainable circular economy in the Lake Constance region. It aims to create circular products in cross-company ecosystems in two core industries (textile economy; Agriculture and food industry) and wants to convey the findings across industries. The interdisciplinary consortium will develop circular solutions, but business implementation strategies.
