Economic/Social Impact of the Project The local youths of Sikkim are multi talented, they can be engaged & employed in variety of sectors such as IT and IT enabled services, automobile, readymade garments, handicrafts, hospitality sectors, garment industry etc These manpower need to be imparted with proper training as per their interest and sector and foreign language training for the specific countries to employ them in countries like Japan, South Korea, European Countries, Middle East and and East Asian countries to meet up the demand of job market. The Minimum manpower available is 20,000 local youths, they need to be provided with professional training and a financial assistance to be provided only for their entrepreneurship not for the infrastructures.
