The project involves the development of a range of residential tenures across Etruscan Square and other development sites across the city including PfP Igloo.The project will feature a combination of high-quality, affordable housing alongside leisure and commercial spaces to attract new businesses and residents to the city center. Additionally, the partnership could facilitate the development of other council-owned sites across Stoke-on-Trent, including key residential locations at Pyenest Street in Shelton, North Shelton, and Bucknall New Road.
