ETUDE MOY. PROD.&TRANSP.ENER. ELC.(OMVG)

This study is part of the realization of the Sambangalou hydroelectric project and the interconnection of the electricity networks of the OMVG member countries. The study will enable countries to have data on the means of production and distribution, to plan interventions in the sub-sector, in order to minimize their costs, and to have an appropriate institutional and tariff structure to ensure a sustainable development of the electrification program capable of promoting activities, generating jobs and generating income. Finally, it will make it possible to evaluate the interest of future users of electricity, to verify the adequacy of their revenues to new charges and to better appreciate their contribution to guarantee the sustainable development of the electrification program. The study will run for a total of twenty-three (23) months.
