NSO HR will continue to contribute to the professional development of teachers in Croatia, providing high quality pedagogical and technical support to eTwinning users and building a community of successful and innovative educational practices. As both Erasmus+ NA and eTwinning NSO, AMEUP will use all available resources to increase visibility of eTwinning/ESEP and create synergies between eTwinning and Erasmus+. As eTwinning will be part of ESEP, NSO will promote it in Croatian educational community and contribute to embedding it in the national educational system through cooperation with the Ministry of Science and Education. The NSO will actively promote annual theme through promotional activities, as well as in all Erasmus+ school education meetings with applicants and beneficiaries. Stimulative growth of newcomers in eTwinning will be achieved through online trainings with the support of ambassadors` network. To provide the beginner users with necessary ICT skills and increase the capacities of more advanced users for integration of eTwinning in the curriculum, NSO will organise trainings in cooperation with eTwinning ambassadors` network and will particularly focus on schools in rural areas and promoting inclusive school culture and eTwinning schools. NSO will continue its cooperation with the MoSE, sectoral Agencies and institutions as well as national associations of primary and secondary school headteachers. NSO will put special emphasis on including more headteachers, ECEC and VET teachers. At the national conference, eTwinning users will be awarded in 5 categories for the national COMET award and ITE label/prize will be implemented. During the training sessions, the NSO will promote blended learning and mobility. Using eTwinning tools and project-based collaboration will be emphasised in engaging participants with fewer opportunities. Effective management at the national level is planned in close cooperation with the CSS and eTwinning support network.
