Description
Description | The National Support Organisation for eTwinning in Croatia (NSO HR) plays a key role in the operation, development, and growth of the European School Education Platform (ESEP)/eTwinning. NSO HR promotes eTwinning in Croatia, validates user registrations, supports teachers in implementing projects, rewards schools for successful participation, organises teacher training, and helps the platform evolve to meet school needs. In 2026-2027, NSO HR will continue supporting professional development of educators by offering high-quality pedagogical and technical assistance and fostering a community of innovative practices. As both the Erasmus+ national agency and eTwinning NSO, the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes will use all resources to increase visibility of eTwinning/ESEP and enhance synergies between them. Continued support for existing users will enable their further development. As part of ESEP, NSO will promote eTwinning in the Croatian educational community and help integrate it into the national system through cooperation with the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth. The annual theme will be promoted via dedicated activities. Growth of new users will be encouraged through online and onsite training, ambassador support, and development of ICT skills. Advanced users will be guided in integrating eTwinning into the curriculum. Ambassadors will focus on schools in rural areas, inclusive education and eTwinning Schools. NSO will maintain cooperation with stakeholders and place special emphasis on engaging headteachers, ECEC, and VET teachers. It will also contribute to national and international recognition through Awards, Labels and Prizes. eTwinning users will be awarded in six categories within the national COMET award, and the ITE label/prize will be implemented. |
