All activities will be focused at achieving the establishment of Montenegro at the ESEP, which will increase the eTwinning community by 100 schools and 5,000 teachers at least in first year of implementation; where in regular activities related to professional development because ESEP will become an integral part of regular activities of NSO; networking will be improved for an entire new area (Montenegro), ESEP will be integrated into the Montenegrin education system. In Montenegro, due to administrative and other difficulties, the eTwinning network does not have adequate dissemination and integration in the Montenegrin educational system. Networking of teachers from Montenegro with teachers on national, regional and EU level is carried out on individual initiatives of teachers and Unions of Techers in Montenegro. Missing support of the national education system and Governmental bodies (Bureau of Education and Services, Centre for Vocational Education, etc.) are evident and permanent in this specific field. In Montenegrin educational system operating 255 educational institutions, staffed by many teachers who have a permanent need for professional development, especially in terms of digital competencies and cooperation with colleagues from the region and beyond due to the constant transformation of teaching practice in modern European societies. There is not a single Twinning school in Montenegro, and teachers who have completed the quality labels are the exception rather than the rule. For example, in Serbia there is 39 schools with label of eTwinning school, in Montenegro there is no one. With eTSEPME project European Education Area will be expanded and supported by National Strategy for the Digitization of Education system.
