The main object of the Dutch NSO is to encourage the Dutch schools in different sectors like Primary Education (PE), Secondary Education (SE), International Vocational and Training (IVET) and Initial Teacher Education (ITE) to collaborate using the European School Platform Education Platform (ESEP) by providing services and support. Teachers registered on ESEP are enabled to form partnerships and develop collaborative, pedagogical school projects in any subject area with teachers from other European countries. As the NSO the Netherlands will ESPE/ eTwinning-platform by: - helping teachers to set up and carry out their projects, - rewarding schools for their successful participation in eTwinning projects, - organising specific training sessions for teachers and ensuring that eTwinning evolves in a way which fits the particular needs of local schools, - organising and participating in the European professional development seminar for teachers, -collaborating with other NSOs, NA/Erasmus+ and other relevant stake holders.
