Description
Description | The EU Bridge project aims to strengthen higher education institutions in Armenia by enhancing their capacity to manage and participate in European-funded projects. Despite Armenia's growing involvement in international cooperation, there is a significant gap in structured training and practical expertise in European project management within its universities. This project directly addresses these challenges by developing an innovative training curriculum, a Pilot Academy for European Project Management, and simulation-based learning modules. Through a strategic partnership between institutions from Armenia, Spain, and Italy, EU Bridge will integrate best practices from European universities into the Armenian higher education system. The project will focus on developing high-quality training resources, including an interactive digital platform to support both in-person and remote learning. These efforts will ensure that university staff, researchers, and students gain practical experience and skills essential for designing, managing, and implementing European projects effectively. The project’s methodology combines experiential learning, mentorship programs, and hands-on simulations, enabling participants to engage in real-world project scenarios. The Social Innovation Lab for European Project Development will serve as an incubator for collaboration, where participants can test and refine project proposals with expert guidance. Expected outcomes include enhanced institutional capacity, an increase in successful project applications, and long-term sustainability through curricular integration in Armenian universities. The dissemination strategy ensures the project’s results will be shared widely across academic networks and policymakers, promoting sustainable and impactful change in the Armenian higher education landscape |
