The project focuses on deepening and promoting European values in the framework of integrity between power authorities, business and civil society, through designing public awareness concerning global goals of sustainable development, endorsing advocacy, creating opportunities for economic growth. The general objectives are: (a) Intensification of the dialogue between academia, authorities, business and society as to promotion of ideas and basic principles of EU cohesion policy, mainstreaming of progressive values, policy initiatives and participatory mechanisms that can contribute to the formation of a harmonious and convergent society; (b) Generating knowledge and ideas about the benefits of EU cohesion policy, which contribute to the formation of creative abilities and innovative thinking in policy makers and other stakeholders while resolving contradictions in regional and territorial development; (c) Involving young people in stimulating innovation and strengthening national identity in the course of Ukraine’s adaptation to European principles of the latest cohesion policy through the formation of an educational trajectory adapted to the principles of sustainable growth, creating quality jobs, resolving conflicts, interests of unity. The proposed methodology has three components, each of which contributes to the general project objectives, aimed to: (a) improving the conditions of teaching and learning training; (b) fostering research activities; (c) strengthening capacity building for networking. The project team focuses on contribution to developing a special relationship between EU and the partner countries, in particular Ukraine, founded on cooperation, peace and security, mutual accountability and a shared commitment to the universal values of democracy, respect for human rights and saving resources domain for future generations.
