Description

Objectives The project aims to cover the existing information gap on enforcement procedures, requirements, competence, costs and timing in the EU-28 MS (29 enforcement systems). Specifically: collect accurate information on enforcement legislation, procedures, expenses and professionals across EU enforcement systems; compile, present and compare this information in a user-friendly and accessible way; make this information accessible online through the EU Enforcement Atlas and integrate it with the EU judicial atlas. Activities WP1: Project management; WP2: Data collection and analysis, quality control and compilation of this information in a uniform, accessible and user friendly format; WS3: Making information on enforcement available and accessible; integrating it with the European Judicial Atlas; launching the EU Enforcement Atlas and disseminating results to all stakeholders. This will be achieved through: accessible enforcement e-manuals, user-friendly EU Enforcement Atlas website, regular information updates. WP4: Dissemination and awareness activities, through a launch event of Enforcement Atlas combined with a European roundtable on the future of enforcement of claims and an information campaign through internet, social media and national chambers, targeting judicial officers, lawyers, notaries and stakeholders across the EU. Type and number of persons benefiting from the project International Union of Judicial Officers; National Chambers and associations of Judicial Officers in 28 MS; EU Institutions; Legal professionals and authorities; Citizens and businesses across the EU Expected results Result 1: Comprehensive information on enforcement procedures, cost, duration, legislation and the judicial officers profession in EU-28 collected and compiled Result 2: Comparative assessment of enforcement procedures to bridge knowledge gap Result 3: Information accessible online through EU Enforcement Atlas website Result 4: Stakeholders aware of project results
