The Dutch NRP EQAVET has, on behalf of the Dutch Ministry of Education, an important role in supporting VET-providers and other stakeholders in improving quality assurance. We work closely in line with the policy set out by the Ministry of Education as well as in line with the ambitions and goals set by stakeholders in the VET field (public and private VET-providers, labour market stakeholders, students, alumni and teachers). To be able to do our work well, we set up our goals and activities in close collaboration with our stakeholders. The objectives of this call are improved self-assessment by VET-providers, that includes more involvement of stakeholders like the labour market and students, more awareness and improved quality assurance arrangements for VET graduates on VET provider level, supporting Centres of vocational excellence in implementing QA and developing ideas on how to assure quality of future proof education, and increased impact of the work of the Dutch NRP. These objectives fit within the EQAVET framework and will be specified in close collaboration with the advisory group of the NRP. The results will be reached by hosting and partaking in peer review at European level, by practice-oriented qualitative research and by pilots and meetings with stakeholders and experts. Expected results are new insights and interventions to above mentioned objectives, disseminated by workshops, guidelines, tools and articles published on our website. To evaluate our impact we will carry out an initial and a post evaluation of the project based, on the specified objectives by the advisory group.
