The Dutch NRP EQAVET plays an important role in supporting VET-providers and other stakeholders in implementing the EQAVET framework and improving quality assurance. We align our work with the objectives of the invitation to submit a proposal as well as with the renewed Recommendation for VET, the EU ambitions in general, policy measures set out by the Dutch Ministry of Education as well as the ambitions and goals set by stakeholders in the Dutch VET field (public and private VET-providers, labour market stakeholders, students, alumni, and teachers). We set up our goals and activities in close collaboration with our stakeholders. The objectives of this call are 1) to enhance the transparency and consistency of quality assurance arrangements within Europe, 2) to gain insight into how VET uses/can use data to improve their quality assurance arrangements, 3) how VET providers arrange quality assurance for hybrid and online education, 4) how the quality of future proof education (in relation to digitalisation and green transition) can be assured, 5) how CoVEs can implement the EQAVET framework. These objectives will be specified in close collaboration with the national stakeholders of the NRP. The results will be reached by hosting and participating in peer reviews at European level, by practice-oriented qualitative research and by meetings with stakeholders and experts. These activities are expected to result in new insights and interventions in line with the above-mentioned objectives. The results will be disseminated through workshops, guidelines, tools and articles published on our website. To evaluate our impact, we will carry out yearly evaluations. We will also continuously monitor whether we continue to comply with the EQAVET framework at the national level and keep improving our implementation of the quality assurance cycle.
