EUDA PL 2026-2027 – third countries

This EUDA project aims to carry out a feasibility study, provide training, and support pilot participation for relevant national stakeholders within the ECC-Net framework. ECC Poland is prepared to implement this EUDA, which is intended to strengthen ECC-Net’s cooperation with its prospective future members in candidate countries. We believe this initiative will enhance the network’s capacity to advise consumers who may require assistance in disputes with traders based in these countries. The EUDA will focus on six countries: Montenegro, Moldova, Ukraine, Albania, Serbia, and Bosnia & Herzegovina. The initial phase involves conducting a feasibility study to assess the degree of alignment with the European Union’s regulatory framework and to evaluate the potential demand for ECC services. This assessment will be based on market data, which we hope to obtain from the relevant authorities in the participating countries.
