The University of Salamanca (USAL) developed this 'Jean Monnet Teacher Training' with the aim of promoting knowledge of the European Union (EU), especially its values ​​and priorities, among teachers and students of the 5th and 6th years of Primary Education in Salamanca (Spain). Based on the above, EUinClass also seeks that, based on this project, both groups increase their feeling of European citizenship and, therefore, be part of the EU integration process. For it: We will design teaching units and materials to adapt to the characteristics of the stage to which the project is directed, as well as the teaching styles of the teaching staff, will be prepared. These units and materials will be made up of open and analog educational resources that will focus on facilitating the teaching process in relation to the following blocks of content: The European Green Deal: an environmental project that begins in your center. European Ways of Life: the values ​​that unite us and the differences that make us grow. European democracy: do we participate? Europe adapted to the digital age: Bringing Europe to the classroom through ICT. An economy at the service of people: training and entrepreneurship in Europe, an opportunity to grow, receive and contribute. We consume with criteria: For sustainable consumption. Detection and action against fake news and disinformation in Europe. Informative and educational resources for learning about the EU and the mobility and participation programs in the field of Education.
