The current proposal establishes the Enterprise Europe Network EURACTE II consortium for the period 2017-2018 with a major change in the contractual area, following the reorganization of the French Regional Councils imposed by the French law in December 2015. The two former regional Chambers of Commerce Nord-Pas de Calais and Picardie have merged into the Regional Chamber of Commerce Hauts de France, in compliance with the new regional framework. So the partners of the Euracte II consortium, as of 01/01/2017 will therefore be the Regional Chamber of Commerce Hauts de France and Nord France Innovation Development, the regional innovation agency that is expected to also merge with the Picardie regional innovation agency in the nearest future. Our priorities and actions: Reinforce the innovation capacity of local stakeholders and help them access EU funding (H2020). Provide clients with regular legal, regulatory or technological watch, or business monitoring and help them integrate those elements in their strategy Accompany clients in their internationalization through the identification of business or technological partners and the organization of events (B2B) Accompany clusters, as well as their SME members in gaining competence by capacity building and growing their network within the framework of the RIS3 in partnership with all the involved stakeholders Enhance the development of ICT and the digital economy by identifying new opportunities Position regional economic actors as frontrunners in the energy transition, an objective shared by all local partners within the framework of the Rev 3 action plan Through the SME feedback action we will collect opinions and identify specific obstacles encountered by the clients on the ground.
