Description
Description | The project aims to overcome the main obstacles to fair and free labour mobility in the Extremadura–Alentejo cross-border area. It builds on the experience gained through previous EURES and EU-funded initiatives and responds to new labour market realities after the COVID-19 pandemic. The consortium, led by SEXPE and IEFP, brings together public employment services, business associations, chambers of commerce, municipalities, and universities to provide comprehensive mobility services to workers, jobseekers, and employers. The action will deliver coordinated services on information, advice, recruitment, matching and post-recruitment support, as well as studies and awareness campaigns. It will also strengthen governance and cooperation within the consortium and with other EURES Cross-border Partnerships, and promote visibility and dissemination through a structured communication plan. The activities are fully aligned with the EURES Regulation and the objectives of the ESF+ EURES-CBC call, contributing to the EURES pool of vacancies and CVs, fair working conditions, and enhanced employability and social integration in the EuroACE region. |
