"EURES-T Upper Rhine was founded to support, promote the cross-border European labour market, create a unique labour market and overcome mobility obstacles. Within the framework of EURES-T Upper Rhine, labour market-relevant actors from Germany, France and Switzerland work together: - Employment services - Employers' associations - Trade unions - national and local authorities The project includes several actions such as the One-stop-shop, the EURES advisors giving counselling interviews on recruitment as well as living, working conditions, social security and taxation for cross-border workers or potential cross-border workers. The experts on the vocational trainings are providing information for the young trainees or potential trainees, schools, universities and parents. The EURES advisors from the trade unions are giving information on fair mobility and the EURES advisors from the employers’ association help the companies hiring cross-border workers and provide information on the welcome culture and administrative and legal obligations. In addition, the project includes workshops and information events such as the cross-border information days, job fairs, an annual conference, network meetings, steering committees but also several trainings, coaching with external experts to cover the needs of cross-border jobseekers in the Upper Rhine region. Furthermore the network also implements innovative ways of recruitment such as the cross-border events ""From the stadium to the job"". "
