EURES TMS Sweden 2 proposes to actively support sustainable and fair mobility of skilled workforce within EU/EEA, focusing on recruitment/placement need of the Consortium countries. Working with imbalances and mismatch on the European labour market. Project will be result-orientated and quality-driven and covers all EU27 countries, Norway and Iceland. Work with placements for jobs and traineeships aiming to achieve 1800 placements. Welcome/integration service in all receiving countries. Open to all economic sectors, with focus on shortages: ICT, healthcare, veterinarian, education, chefs, transport, construction etc. Project will support target groups jobseekers and employers and provide packages of mobility services combined with direct financial support. Focus on employers with hard to fill vacancies, SMEs, and jobseekers 18-35 and 35+ including low-skilled, skilled and professionals specialized in sectors in demand on labour market. Focus on long-term unemployed, vulnerable groups in need of extra support to re-enter job market. Support spouses to candidates by providing family support for relocation and help to find jobs. Cooperation with private recruitment companies. The Consortium will act as a one-stop-shop for placements and recruitments providing tailormade mobility services such as information, guidance, recruitment, matching, pre- and post-placement. Working with the financial supports: interview, relocation, family support, language course, recognition of qualification, supplementary allowance, SMEs integration programme and trainee subsistence allowance. Project will use EURES network and organizations of the Consortium to work with shortages and bottlenecks. Ensure swift implementation by using previous successful project experience when setting up project team and procedures. Consortium of 16 members with Arbetsformedlingen as lead. Co-applicants both PES/EURES organisations and private organisations/EURES members and associate partners.
