The EURES TMS Sweden 3 project proposes to actively support sustainable and fair mobility of skilled workforce within EU/EEA, with main focus on alleviating identified shortages within the Nordic countries. This project will have a strong focus on supporting employers with hard-to-fill vacancies in sectors of shortages. It will be result-orientated and quality-driven and work with imbalances and mismatch on the European labour market. It will work with placements for both jobs and traineeship and include pre- during and post-placement services such as welcome/integration support. This project will focus mainly on identified sectors of shortages such as: ICT, healthcare, veterinarian, education, chefs, transport, construction etc. It will provide active support to selected jobseekers and employers with hard-to-fill vacancies and provide packages of mobility and recruitment services combined with direct financial support. Support for: interview, mobility allowance, family allowance, recognition of qualification, language training, SME training programme (upskilling).
