The main objective of our project is to stimulate the cross-border mobility between Andalusia and Algarve by lifting the constraints on the labour market through the provision of comprehensive EURES services to users. Each of the activities of our 6 WPs focuses on the fulfilment of the specific objectives of the call for proposals, and are adapted to our cross-border context and the needs of our users. WP1. MANAGEMENT. It includes transversal activities to ensure the governance and proper monitoring and implementation of the project. WP2. RECRUITMENT. It includes the EURES catalogue of individualised comprehensive services and all the activities aimed at fulfilling the specific objective of providing assistance for recruitment to cross-border employers and jobseekers. It has also planned coaching sessions, employment fairs and the development of an innovative matching tool pilot project. WP3. INFORMATION. It includes the EURES catalogue of individualised information services on living and working conditions, including general information on social security, taxation, labour legislation and administrative procedures in the field of employment. Specific activities with vulnerable groups are also envisaged. WP4. VET AND APPRENTICESHIP. It includes the development and implementation of a catalogue of specific actions for the promotion of apprenticeship and traineeship, the publication of vacancies in the cross-border area, well as the provision of information and guidance. WP5. CROSS-BORDER EMPLOYMENT OBSERVATORY – It fulfils the objective of collecting and analysing information and data on current cross-border mobility and contributes to addressing the 6 principles of “Fair working conditions”. It also implements activities to support the skills challenges of our labour market. WP6. COMMUNICATION. It includes the activities aimed at disseminating the information and services provided by our cross-border association in accordance with the EURES communication strategy.
