Eurochild is Europe’s largest network of organisations and individuals working WITH & FOR children. Eurochild has 224 members across 42 European countries, including the 27 EU Member States. We are a legitimate voice at the European level, uniting civil society, research, grassroots experience, and practical expertise. We bolster a resilient, united, and impactful movement driving change in policies for children. We are determined to create a future where no child grows up in poverty or social exclusion. We drive policy change to put children’s rights, voices, and interests at the heart of European decision-making. The annual operating grant will enable the network to contribute actively to developing and implementing EU policies that help build a stronger social Europe. We lead the way in child participation, actively involving children in our work, and modelling and inspiring others to engage children meaningfully. The network involves children directly in its work through the Eurochild Children’s Council. Through ‘National Eurochild Forums’, members reach several hundred children per country, including children in need. We connect members and allies, strengthening their advocacy and bridging grassroots voices with national and European institutions to shape child rights policies.
