EUROGRADUATE 2026 – Portuguese Implementation

This project is the formalization of the Portuguese Participation in EUROGRADUATE 2026. Its main objective is to collect a dataset on graduates of the Portuguese Higher Education System regarding their labour market trajectories, perceptions regarding their degree, skills self-assessment, job satisfaction, as well as their civic engagement and other societal aspects. This dataset will cater to 1) its comparability with other European higher education systems and 2) its representativeness of the Portuguese higher education system. As this is the continuation of the EUROGRADUATE involvement in Portugal, being the second pilot for Portugal, the objective is also to continue the structure that allows the repetition of such data collection every four years, for future EUROGRADUATE participations. This involves mainly the need to overcome some limitations regarding GDPR needed to obtain information from administrative data for future data collections. Therefore, this project is expected to have a long-term impact on graduate data collection in Portugal.
