Description
Description | The project is focused on the implementation of the Council Recommendation of 20 November 2017 on tracking graduates, namely on data collection, analysis and dissemination of results of the Eurograduate 2026 Survey in Czechia. After successfully carrying out the pilot Eurograduate 2018 survey, Czechia participated in Eurograduate 2022 project. As a result, Eurograduate has become a staple of graduate tracking on a national level. Eurograduate provides Czech HEIs with valuable data on graduate employment, careers, and views. MEYS provides each HEI with anonymised microdata, thus HEI executives can compare the results of their HEI in the national context. Furthermore, MEYS and HEIs have a clear picture of the Czech higher education sector in a European context. Public benefits from Eurograduate as well, as prospective students can better understand their career prospects in different fields of study. Therefore, Czechia intends to participate in the Eurograduate 2026 survey and thus the MEYS is to submit this proposal for Erasmus+ projects in 2025-2028. In Czechia, we will carry out option 4 of the survey, thus providing microdata and including the EU module. Within this project, we will carry out four work packages: Project management and coordination, Preparation of the survey, Implementation of the survey, and Dissemination of the Survey. The Eurograduate 2026 will be carried out jointly by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS) and the Czech National Agency for International Education and Research (DZS). Within the respective work packages, the Czech version of the survey is to be translated and programmed, data are to be collected in October-December 2026, microdata will be delivered to the Eurograduate Consortium, and the final report will be submitted in 2028. During the project, HEIs and relevant stakeholders will be consulted, and the MEYS will establish a coordination group and organise workshops as well as a final conference. |
