Description

Description

The project´s objective is to launch the Eurograduate pilot phase 2 in Estonia. Building on the experience of previously run national instruments, European methodology will be adopted to carry out the survey. So far, the Estonian approach to tracking graduate has been lacking international comparability. Eurostudent 2022 which is based on European level common principles should fill this gap. The sample includes 18,700 graduates from all Estonian public universities as well as other higher education institutions. The estimated response rate is around 20%. During the project, data will be collected on graduates’ self-evaluated obtained skills, knowledge and competences as well as satisfaction with studies as designed in the Eurograduate instrument. The evidence will help to inform both policymaking as well as HE programme design and delivery arrangements at the level of institutions. Results will be used to tackle skills mismatches, and to design policies facilitating the transition of graduates to labour market. Data will be analysed and results will be disseminated among the main stakeholders in higher education as well as skills and labour market policies. Data will be made available for cross-country comparative analysis.
