This three-year project aims to systematically support the development of the competencies of the guidance community on the European dimension of lifelong guidance and to enable transparency and understanding of skills and qualifications in Europe. These goals will be achieved through: • Promotion of European instruments on skills and qualifications to guidance community through website, targeted campaigns, national and international events and production of materials; • Development and implementation of training programmes on career guidance, Europass Platform and tools, European opportunities for education, training and work, as well as support tools, production of materials, webinars, international seminars, etc. • Supporting cooperation, coordination, and mutual learning at European and national level through organisation of events, National Career Guidance Awards, provision of information on good practices and guidance systems, and cooperation with other national and European stakeholders; • Providing national information on learning opportunities and lifelong guidance for Europass platform; • Supporting new policy and practice initiatives in the field of career guidance by providing opportunities for information exchange. • Building strategic cooperation with relevant national and European stakeholders through information sharing, peer learning and exchange; • Supporting the use of Europass tool by students and adults, employers, education and training providers through organisation of informative sessions, webinars, workshops, training programmes, etc. • Disseminating information available on Europass tools such as learning and mobility opportunities, tools for presenting skills, as well as supporting further development of Europass tools. To achieve these goals, Euroguidance and Europass centre will use the established cooperation with key stakeholders on the national level, other European initiatives, and networks.
