Euroguidance Belgium Flanders aims to: a) Develop the competences of guidance professionals in the Dutch Speaking Community on the European dimension in guidance b) Promote the guidance system, tools, practices and services in the Dutch Speaking Community to European guidance professionals and other stakeholders c) Promote exchanges and learning mobility to guidance professionals, highlighting its relevance for personal and professional development We will prioritize learning mobility and professional development through European exchange, as well as inclusion, sustainability and digitalization. Our center will collaborate with many relevant partners. We apply a multi-method approach as our target groups are heterogenous. Planned activities (reaching 2.100 - 5.700 people) include: - project monitoring, internal/external cooperation meetings, surveys, focus groups, interim/final reports. - website management, new brochure on European resources, a dissemination flyer, 6 newsletters ‘Euroguidance Vlaanderen Nieuws’, social media management, video material development, strategic communication, professional development, dissemination during events/meetings, contribution to other websites/publications - organization of webinars, live training, networking events, study visits, guest lectures, presentations, European conferences, guidance/mobility fairs, helpdesk function, supporting Europass Learning Opoprtunities, dissemination event Public outputs will include: newsletters, websites, brochure, flyer, video material, social media channels, PPT presentations. We anticipate results such as a) Guidance professionals will have developed relevant competences on the European dimension in guidance b) Guidance policy, systems and practice in Europe will have developed c) Guidance practitioners will support clients better in learning mobility d) Guidance professionals will participate more in exchange and learning mobility on a European level e) Healthier European citizens
