Description
Description | Euroguidance NL 2024-2026 aims to bring together knowledge, good practices and lessons learned from both the Netherlands and other EU countries, in order to strengthen the guidance community competence on the European dimension of lifelong guidance (LLG). Building on the previous Euroguidance project period, we do this through activities which: - Promote and support the use of European instruments and the development of the European dimension of LLG within national guidance systems; - Support competence development of guidance professionals and raise their knowledge and awareness of recent developments in LLG; - Support cooperation/mutual learning at the European, national and regional level across the different contexts of LLG. In relation to these focus areas, we have formulated specific ambitions and corresponding objectives, which we have translated into concrete activities. These activities include informing policy and practice, identifying challenges and blind spots, and facilitating dialogues in order to contribute to the formulation of ideas and policy development. To this end, we develop guides, instruments, tools and publications and organize workshops (e.g. an e-learning on European student mobility). We work together and make connections at national and international level, and contribute to initiatives and organize meetings on relevant themes. The project's main beneficiary is the guidance community: guidance stakeholders in education, training and employment sectors (including guidance practitioners, policy and decision-makers) at local, regional, national and European/international levels. |
