Description
Description | Eurometropolis News wants to inform and mobilise the inhabitants of the Lille-Kortrijk-Tournai border region; together with the media, we contribute to a Eurometropolis of and for the citizens. Today, we publish a weekly, free and bilingual newsletter (eurometropolisnews.info), but we want to go further. This micro-project will offer the possibility to fuel and build on our initiatives in order to reach a wider audience. The Eurometropolis News XL micro-project is structured around two axes: Junior citizens actively exchange news and write articles in a cross-border media exchange project between the two schools. The Grand Tour, a series of reports and encounters exploring a sometimes unknown heritage as well as social cohesion, new economies, education and culture of our cross-border territory. These reports are designed as journalistic insights into the Lille-Kortrijk-Tournai region. |
