The National Europass Centre and the National Euroguidance Centre are both part of the Bulgarian National Agency, administering the decentralized activities of “Erasmus+” and “European Solidarity Corps” Programmes. The NA is also hosting the eTwinning, Eurodesk and Eurydice networks, as well as the VET National Team and TCA, which is highly beneficial, fostering excellent cooperation and coordination, greatly easing the process of planning and implementation of joint-events and initiatives, in turn, contributing the achievement of the common European goals and priorities. The work programme of both National Europass and Euroguidance Centres will be fully compliant with the aims and priorities described in the Call document, presented by the EC. The work programme’s activities shall contribute for the achievement of goals, policies and priorities, set out in different European (European skills agenda, European Pillar of Social Rights strategy) and national strategies, regarding education, training and youth (Life Long Learning strategy in Bulgaria, Strategy for development of vocational education and training in Bulgaria, Youth Strategy) To achieve the above-mentioned, the National Centres will continue to work in close cooperation with the European networks Europe Direct, Eures, EQF, Eurodesk, VET National Teams, EPALE, Eurydice, eTwinning and authorities, and stakeholders such as the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training (NAVET), the Ministry of Education and Sciences, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, the Employment Agency and the Ministry of Sport. Utilizing the available resources, we shall continue to work with the main direct and indirect groups of end-users, like pupils, students, job-seekers and organizations / institutions such as schools, universities, career centers, labour offices, employers, agencies, etc., and different experts like pedagogical advisors, HR specialists, career counselors, teachers, trainers and many more.
