The Danish National Europass Centre (NEC) is placed in the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science (an agency within the Danish Ministry of Higher Education and Science). Within the agency, the NEC is placed in the Division for International Education Programmes and Grants that also hosts the National Agency for the Erasmus+ Programme and the Division is also responsible for the administration of several other national and international programmes and initiatives. The location the Danish NEC ensures synergy and efficiency. The Danish NEC has the overall responsibility for the strategic implementation of the Europass tasks and acts as the contact point for potential users, stakeholders and interested institutions, i.e. information on and promotion of the Europass platform and its tools in Denmark. However, the NEC is supported by communication experts, technical and administrative support staff, as well as financial and accounting officers. The activities foreseen by the Danish National Europass Center (NEC) in 2021-2024 will mainly build on and follow up on activities initiated and/or implemented in the previous years. Many of the activities have proven to be successful and necessary in order to promote Europass in Denmark. The following activities are foreseen in the following years respecting the five main tasks set out in the invitation to submit a grant request. The Danish National Europass Center will focus on the following three topics: 1) General dissemination of Europass to the public through social media and face-to-face events. 2) Dissemination in cooperation with Erasmus+ and other programs accompanied with initiatives in the field of education including promotion of Europass 3) Stakeholder cooperation to reach stakeholders and end-users in the labour market with a continued focus on the promotion of Europass to relevant multipliers, e.g. guidance counsellors, career advisors and representatives from educational institutions and the labour market.
