Over the 3 years, our project will focus on promoting Europass among our beneficiaries, composed of citizens from various skill sets including low-skilled, training centres, schools, higher education institutions and enterprises, thus enabling users to get the know how of how to shape their future and in turn their future careers through Europass. In line with the priorities set out in the European Skills Agenda, our project will strive to help individuals develop more and better skills and put them to their benefit and use. As per actions highlighted for the European Skills Agenda, particularly Actions 3. 7 and 11, the MT NEC will inform the general public about the importance of national upskilling and the increase of STEM graduates and the fostering of entrepreneurial and transversal skills. The MT NEC will continue to promote and encourage the use of the Europass platform. In line with the European Pillar of Social Rights Action Plan, pillar principle 4, through the Europass network the MT NEC will continue providing active support to employment. In parallel, the MT NEC will ensure that there will be collaboration and synergic efforts with the Maltese Euroguidance Centre and the EQF national contact point towards achieving the policy objectives of the European Skills Agenda and the European Pillar of Social Rights Action Plan.
