The Europe Growing project will be develop by a consortium composed by 6 partners from 5 EU countries. The project aim is: 1. To enhance competitiveness entrepreneurship, competitiveness, internationalization and growth of start-ups and established SMEs in Spain, Cyprus, Poland, Italy and Denmark by fostering sharing of experience between 116 new and experienced entrepreneurs from the consortium and from other EU countries. 2. To develop the international outlook of the EU SMEs by providing on-the-job training for 58 new entrepreneurs (NE) from the consortium countries elsewhere in the EU. 58 host entrepreneurs(HE) from the consortium countries will have the chance to increases the competitiveness and internationalisation of theirs business. The exchange program will create the opportunities for both NEs and their host entrepreneurs (HE) to gain insights into a different cultural and organizational setting/workplace and to understand the regulatory framework in another EU country. 3. To contribute to the development of the European Network of IOs and to extend their activities, services and geographical areas. The project aims to enable 87 successful relationships (29 relationships intra and 58 relationships inter consortia), between 116 entrepreneurs (58 NEs and 58 HEs) from the EU member states and other participant countries in the COSME programme. The exchange programme will provide induction and logistical support for the new entrepreneurs and foster sharing of experience and information between entrepreneurs that will be involved in the exchange programme until January 2017. On-the-job training will be between one and six months for each relationship, with four months on the average.
