EAAL Bosnia and Herzegovina (BA) In accordance with Bosnia and Herzegovina's determination to join the European Union, the objectives of the Strategic development platform and the mandate of the Agency for Pre-Primary, Primary and Secondary Education, the main goal of this project is to further improve the adult education system and encourage dialogue and the development of social partnership in the field of adult education, as well as better understanding of European policies and opportunities in the field of adult learning. The improvement of the adult education system is defined by the goals of the Strategic Platform. They relate to improving information about the choice of educational profiles when continuing education and increasing the availability of adult education. Within these goals, the priorities for the next EAAL cycle were set. In the period 2026/2027. will work on increasing the participation of adults in learning. The agency will provide support in understanding the process of creating individual learning orders. European documents that provide support for increasing participation, creating individual learning accounts and creating micro-credentials are new for Bosnia and Herzegovina. The EAAL project will work to promote and better understand these documents, the recommendations and the improvements they bring. One way to increase participation in adult education is to create measures that can help both education authorities and providers to better promote the various forms of learning that are already available. Thus, the Agency will support the understanding and development of measures to promote increased interest in the inclusion of a larger number of adults in learning, retraining and training programs. Project activities will include activities to develop partnerships with stakeholders in the adult education system. Also, work will be done on developing partner networks with representatives of countries in the region through attending events.
