ended

"The ""European Culture Twinning: Albania & Malta"" (EU CULTWIN) project fosters cultural engagement, civic participation, and intercultural dialogue between Albania and Malta. Through a series of cultural festivals, youth exchanges, and educational workshops, the project seeks to enhance mutual understanding and cooperation between youth in both countries. The initiative focuses on promoting European values, strengthening the cultural identity of youth, and empowering local municipalities to play an active role in cultural diplomacy. The project aims to address the disconnection among youth from their cultural heritage and low civic participation. It also emphasizes gender equality and non-discrimination, ensuring equal participation and inclusivity. The project’s activities include cultural festivals in both countries, workshops on European values, youth exchanges, and capacity building for municipalities, establishing a sustainable framework for continued cultural collaboration. By promoting cultural and civic engagement, EU CULTWIN will leave a lasting impact on participants, fostering a stronger European identity and intercultural collaboration between Albania and Malta, contributing to the broader goals of the CERV program."
