"The project is about accelerating the best use of technologies in the private and public sectors in East Mediterranean of Türkiye (Adana, Mersin, Hatay, Osmaniye, Kahramanmaraş, Gaziantep, Kilis, Adıyaman and Konya). EDIH-Anadolu will provide services such as testing before investing, training and skills development, support to find investments, networking and access to innovation ecosystems. EDIH-Anadolu is a coordinated group of 17 organisations with complementary expertise which will act as a non-profit one-stop shop supporting companies, especially SMEs and mid-caps, and the public sector to support their digital transformation and become more competitive. EDIH-Anadolu specializes in digital transformation in textiles, food, metals, machinery and public sector in the key digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, cyber security, advanced digital technologies. The ""EDIH-Anadolu"" digital technology investments will be established within the Adana Competence and Digital Transformation Center (Adana Model Factory). Adana Model Factory aims to provide training and consultancy services that enable teaching and disseminating lean production principles using experiential learning techniques in a real production environment. Our digital innovation center is planned to be established will complement these structures and provide a holistic service. All provinces in the project will be able to use Adana Model Factory for demonstration and pre-investment testing activities. In addition, activities such as organizing training programs for human resources in digitalisation, raising awareness seminars and creating sectoral road maps will be carried in all regions. EDIH Anadolu consortium will demonstrate a binary strategy to strengthen the relations between partners and create a balance in services provided for companies according to the competences of each partner."
